The Ian D. Webb Insurance Agency has been providing quality insurance services and products to the Lehigh Valley since 1952. Conveniently located in Allentown's west end, at 827 N. 19th Street, Allentown, PA 18104.

Our agency has four licensed agents with over 90 years combined experience in the insurance industry. AGENCY HISTORY

The Ian D. Webb Insurance Agency was founded August 26, 1952 when Herbert A. Wieder was licensed to sell fire/casualty insurance by the Erie Insurance Exchange. Since that time the agency has grown and prospered representing the Erie and other fine insurance carriers. In January of 1979 Ian Webb was hired by Mr. Wieder as a sub-agent. On August 1, 1981 Ian Webb purchased the agency from Mr. Wieder and continued operating the agency as the Herbert A. Wieder Insurance Agency from 801 N. 19th Street, Allentown, PA. After 31 years of operating the agency Mr. Wieder retired at the age of 81. Mr. Wieder passed away on June 17, 1983 but the agency he founded more than 50 years ago has continued his legacy. On October 1, 1987 the building located at 827 N. 19th Street, Allentown, PA was purchased and renovated as the new offices for the agency operations. With this move the agency secured its location, in the West end of Allentown and established a permanent location for the future. With this move it was left that the time to change the name of the agency from that of its founder to that of its present principal, Ian Webb, would be in the best interest of the agency's clientele and the agency. In November of 1987 the agencys name was changed to the Ian D. Webb Insurance Agency and service from 827 N. 19th Street, Allentown, PA commenced. On March 1, 2006 another exciting change took place when the Bruce D. Miller Insurance Agency became part of the growing family of clients insured with the Ian D. Webb Insurance Agency. Our Agency has offered insurance service to the Lehigh Valley area since 1952. By priding our agency on personal services this agency strives to provide its policy holders with the finest insurance products, at the best available price and most comprehensive service.
